I created some quick mock ups of m:Wikivoyage 2013/CentralNotice banners here on test.wikipedia.org in preparation for the January 15-17, 2013 run of that central notice.
- You can target a campaign to test wiki to see it live
- Or use a banner force by going to a page on the wiki with ?banner=bannername to show it
- Just remember to clear the cookie if you try to hide it
