I propose removing the sysop bit from every account that has not performed at least 1 log action in the last 6 months. Sysop rights are intended to be used actively here (for testing etc.); there's no need for inactive administrator accounts.
Sure, assuming we're talking about non-developer users. People who are developers are a bit beyond our remit. Anyone with shell can give themselves whatever they want, obviously, and our SVN users should get pretty snappy responses for rights. Always keep in mind that "support staff" here is primarily to keep the place tidy and ready for use for the developers. :) Kylu (talk) 08:19, 28 February 2009 (UTC)
Yep. --Meno25 (talk) 08:28, 28 February 2009 (UTC)
Makes sense to me, if they're not using the tools, there's no need to have them. If they wish to do more testing they can always put in another request. Richard0612 11:04, 28 February 2009 (UTC)
Do NOT remove sysop rights from accounts that have not performed at least 1 log action in the last 6 months
It is possible to sporadically need the tools. Diti (talk) 13:12, 25 February 2009 (UTC)
One can re-request them if still needed. — Aitias//discussion 23:32, 25 February 2009 (UTC)

Hello, I several times found, that some pages (I don´t know if this depends on sort of Namespace or something else) in Wikipedia (I mean "the stable one" version) do not contain "Print/export" function (= Create a book, = Download as PDF, = Printable version) in left side of a page. It is weird! It should be standard to have this one in all pages without any exceptions. Could you change this immediately in MediaWiki software or put this on to-do in developing stage to do that soon? --220.127.116.11 16:40, 19 September 2011 (UTC)
